It is a real shame that my wife, Thi, is a vanilla. Because yesterday (Sunday, July 25) was a special day. It was Thi´s 50th birthday. And if only Thi had been a spanko, I would have been *so* kind to her and given her *such* a good birthday spanking! If only she had let me.

A big day calls for a big spanking! Thi does not know what she is missing. But then, neither do I, since I have never gotten the opportunity to indulge in my fetish.

However, Thi and I enjoyed the big day yesterday. We invited my sister and her boyfriend to have a nice Asian dinner with us. Thi made oriental fried shrimps, fried chicken, fried spring rolls and chicken curry. It was a great dinner. And Thi permitted me to drink beer, since it was a party!

Now the second part of a great life begins for Thi.

I Have A Suspicion That The Whole Concept Of Spanking Seems Foreign & Wierd To The Asiatic Peoples. They Probably Can't Concieve Of Why Someone Would Deliberately Inflict Pain On Anyone Other Than A Criminal...

C2BK, I somewhat agree with you.

Not so much about Asiatic people, as Vanilla individuals... It is not just one race, that can not conceive the infliction of pain on a non-criminal individual. (Although, some races are LESS conceiptual to the idea than others.) Vanlla individuals simply come in ALL races.

I have never studied it, but I think kink exists in all races, but most vanilla's, my wife included, don't understand it.

Of course kink exists all over the world, but the Far East isn't as permeated with spankings as the west is. Therefore eroticization of corporal punishment is less common and different.

You could be right. England seems to have more spanking than other places, so maybe asia has less.

I am certain that there are cultural differences between different countries/areas. But maybe the spanking fetish is universal. Maybe the differences are only in the details of *how* to spank/chastise.

For example, in Sweden, and especially in Norway, the birch rod is very popular. The birch rod is also very popular in Eastern Europe and Russia. In England the rattan cane is popular.
