Thank you, Mistress Lisa, for the good news, and the generous amount of photos.
From the exterior shot, it looks like you are in an office/industrial complex. As beautiful as the former studio was, from a business standpoint, that seems like a better choice. Plenty of free parking. Less foot traffic, fewer random passers-by to create security problems. Fewer potentially inquisitive neighbors. (The only downside might be if one of the neighbors, for instance, grinds metal as their main business, creating chronic sound problems, but I bet you looked into that before you chose the space.) Totally anonymous exterior -- you can safely post an exterior photo, secure in the knowledge that it would take a colossal effort to find you just by randomly driving around Denver looking for THAT facade. Flexible, quasi-warehouse space that you can adapt to any need. Plenty of spaces without windows in which you can shoot nighttime scenes without sunlight in the windows spoiling the illusion. The main downside is that the space has no charm of its own (as the old one did) -- any charm will have to be created from scratch.
The green sofa (or is that a loveseat?) seems to have survived its time in storage. I hope all our other favorite furnishings and props did also.
That's a very pretty wood table and lamp to have all those gray file boxes coming between them. I hope that's not a permanent arrangement.
Good luck with the rest of the finish-out process. Soon, carloads of attractive young women will be pulling up to your door and leaving, 3 hours later, walking kind of funny and needing two tries to sit back down in their cars. And what neighbors you DO have will make up all kinds of explanations, none of them as much fun as the truth.
